How do I purchase wholesale?

Will I have to pay additional duties, VAT or other charges?
Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. We has no control over and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
How often do I use GemSkin products?
For best results we recommend using the GemSkin Foaming Cleanser and GemSkin Moisturiser twice-a-day, both morning and night.
We recommend using the GemSkin Clay Mask 3-4 times per week for best results. If you have sensitive skin we recommend using these products twice a week.
Are all GemSkin products contain preservatives?
Yes, they are. Preservatives are necessary in order to make sure that your skincare stays at its most effective in different climates and environments.
We have however, kept preservatives to a bare minimum – it is in our best interest to ensure the efficacy of our product and also ensure that furry bacteria doesn’t grow inside your GemSkin skincare products.
Am I still able to use this product as my skin gets irritated easily?
Yes! Our GemSkin mask doesn’t contain any nasty ingredients. If you’re worried, we suggest consulting your GP or testing the mask on a small patch of skin either inside of your elbow or behind your ear.
Is redness after using my clay mask normal?
Yes, redness after a clay mask application is normal. Your face may go red because GemSkin clay brings blood to the surface of your skin while it's pulling out impurities from your skin

How do I remove the mask?
We recommend using a warm towel to remove the mask. We recommend moisturising once the mask is removed to ensure your skin stays hydrated.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer shipping through USPS and UPS which vary in cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
All US orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping (3-4 business days) through USPS.
When will my order ship?
Most orders received before 3PM ET Monday - Friday ship same day. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered.
You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.
What if my order is delayed?
Shipping times may be affected during a period of high order volume such as new launches or the holiday season.
GemSkin is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air/ground transportation strikes/delays.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide.
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your GemSkin order and/or shipping total. GemSkin is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
What is your Return Policy?
We are committed to full customer satisfaction. If you would like to return or exchange a product for any reason, you have 30 days from the original delivery date. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us. Complimentary exchange shipping is only offered on defective products or products that were incorrectly sent. Only products purchased on GemSkin.com or through GemSkin's Instagram/Facebook Shop may be returned.
Can I return a discounted product?
If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code or if it was part of a BOGO offer, then your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
Can I return final sale product?
Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes! We do have a 30 day money-back guarantee which means we will give you a refund if you are not happy with the results AFTER 1 month of consistently using our products. We do require before and after photos to understand your concerns, so please remember to take photos before starting with GemSkin.
What if I have an allergic reaction from using the products?
We will be happy to refund you as long as you provide us photos of your reaction. If you have known skin allergies, we suggest consulting your GP or testing the mask on a small patch of skin either inside of your elbow or behind your ear.
$10 for shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the Discount Code box on the Cart page before Checkout. Then click on the “Apply” button to apply your discount to the order. You may also enter a discount code on the checkout page underneath your order summary. Discount codes are not case sensitive.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can I get a refund?
If you forgot to apply a discount code or if there was an error with the discount code, then please email us at online@gem.skin with your name, order number, and discount code within 24 hours of placing your order. We will adjust the discount amount to your original payment method or in the form of an E-Gift Card at our discretion.
What if my discount code isn't working?
If you're placing your order during business hours, please utilize our chat feature and we will respond to you promptly. If you are placing your order outside of business hours, please send us an email and will get back to you at our earliest convenience. Expired discount codes will not be honored.
Discount codes will not apply to sale items. Only 1 discount code can be applied per order.
